Payment
- All prices listed are in USD and are non-negotiable.
- Currently, this site only accepts Paypal or debit/credit card payments through Stripe.
- All orders are non-cancellable/non-refundable/non-exchangeable. Please be certain of your order before checking out.
- Excess shipping costs will be refunded if the same customer places two or more orders to the same address from the same shop restock.
- All items sold are non-refundable and non-exchangeable unless items are damaged upon delivery.
- All sales items, seconds are non-refundable and non-exchangeable strictly.
- If an exchange were to be done, we would not cover any form of shipments fee back to us.
- If a refund is valid, we would refund the amount, however excluding shipping.
- All refunds and exchange will only be valid, 7 days upon delivery of item for all orders.
Items returned must be brand new, unused, including all packaging, tags and free gifts.
- All orders will be shipped out within the processing time as stated here.
- A tracking number will be sent through email once packages are picked up by the courier or dropped off at the post office.
- Any expedited shipping requests will not be accepted.
- After being shipped out, delays or lost mail are entirely dependent on delivery circumstances.
- I am not liable for lost or slow mail due to incomplete or incorrect addresses provided. Please double-check the fields before submitting an order.
- In the case of returned mail, the customer will be responsible for the second round of shipping charges in the following situations:
- The customer providing an incomplete or incorrect address
- Failed or unsuccessful delivery
- Once safely delivered, the customer is responsible for the care of the product. No refunds or returns can be made if the item becomes damaged in the hands of the customer.
- Handmade keycaps are fragile by nature, so please handle and use them with care.
