Shipping Details
- Shipping is calculated at checkout. Below are sample rates for 1 keycap or 1 rug. Ordering more than 1 item will increase the shipping slightly, but everything is combined into one parcel.

- We do not provide untraceable mailing currently. All mailing can be tracked.
- We are not able to offer local pick up as an option.
- In any case that the recipient is uncontactable at the point of delivery resulting in a failed delivery, we would not be covering any forms of redelivery fees. It would be borne fully by the recipient.
- For overseas customers (excluding the US), please note that any forms of import duties, custom and local sales taxes would be fully borne by the recipient.
- For United States customers, starting from Aug 29, 2025, all shipments will be sent DDP (Delivered Duty Paid). This means any applicable duties and taxes are already included in the shipping fee shown at checkout—no extra charges on delivery.
- We only deliver to the countries stated in the table above. We apologize in advance for this, and really hope to be able to delivery to these countries soon.
Tracking
- After your shipment is handed over to the logistics team, you will receive an email notification with the tracking information.
- Deliveries within Singapore will be fully tracked via the URL provided.
- While international shipments can be fully tracked, tracking may cease in certain countries once it's transferred to your national courier. In such cases, use the tracking number provided by your national courier in the URL provided for updates.
- The tracking system occasionally updates early before they actually receive their order, so you should wait at least 1-2 working days before worrying. If it has yet to arrive by then, please check with the local post office for the whereabouts of your package
Taxes and Additional Charges
- International customers may be subject to import duties, taxes, and handling fees, which are not included in the shipping cost. These charges are imposed by the destination country’s customs and must be paid by the customer.
- This includes:

- Online sales tax: Applies to US-based customers. The percentage is dependent on the state.
- Customs/duty tax: Applies to certain international orders. Some countries charge additional customs tax for orders exceeding a specific value. Do be aware of your local duty rates for international imports. (For US customers, from Aug 29, 2025 onward, duties and taxes will be covered under the DDP shipping fee at checkout.)

If a parcel arrives at its destination and the customer refuses to pay the required import fees, the shipping company will return the parcel to us. In such cases, the customer will be responsible for the import tax, return shipping fees, and any other related charges.
- Additionally, if a package is delayed, returned, or destroyed due to the customer’s failure to cooperate with customs requirements (e.g., providing an EORI number, tax ID, personal ID, or other necessary information), the customer will bear full responsibility for all resulting costs.
Returns and Refunds
- All items sold are non-refundable and non-exchangeable unless for the following reasons:
Items are damaged upon delivery. - All sales items, seconds are non-refundable and non-exchangeable strictly.
- If an exchange were to be done, we would not cover any form of shipments fee back to us.
- If a refund is valid, we would refund the amount, however excluding shipping.
- All refunds and exchange will only be valid, 7 days upon delivery of item for all orders.
Items returned must be brand new, unused, including all packaging, tags and free gifts.
Wrong Address Information
- Any error on the order information sent in before shipment can still be corrected. Kindly inform us to make the necessary changes.
- We regret to inform you that if the package had been shipped, no further changes can be made.
- Kindly double check your address before checking out to enjoy a smooth shopping process.
